Charge! TV coming to WRGT 45

Thanks to poster The Blue Light Buzz for alerting us to this new addition to the Dayton television market. Charge! TV will feature action movies (Rocky, James Bond, Etc) and be added to WRGT 45.4 sometime soon so go ahead and rescan your TV's now since they already have 45.4 added (it's showing ThisTV right now) and you'll be ready when Charge! debuts.
