WPTD adds PBS Kids

It's on 16.5 in Dayton so if you (like me) deleted WPTD 16.5 in the past because it was the same programming as 16.1, you may want to add it again to your channel lineup for the kids or grandkids.

    New subchannel 45.4 is called Charge TV. SINCLAIR launches it in a few days.
