Forget what I previously said about 45.4 being on the air now. It isn't anymore. Apparently WRGT was testing the channel to be sure it was ready for the new Diginet, Charge!
It looks like the Charge! network will be launching on 45.4 on March 1 which, according to an article I read online, that's the day it's suppose to happen on another channel in another state so one could assume that'll be the launch date here too. Of course, past experience has shown that sometimes those diginets launch earlier than expected or later than expected.
