Charge! on the air Grit off the air

This morning (2-28-17), WRGT 45.4 added Charge! TV while WKEF 22.4 removed Grit TV and replaced it with a new diginet called TBD. I don't usually give negative comments on channels that I don't care for but TBD looks about as interesting as the short lived Live Well network. Blah.

      Grit TV only has 20 movies cuz they play them over and over and over and over it's become one of the worst stations on TV

    We as a family enjoyed watching Grit TV. It was our daily routine. Morning, noon and night. This is coming from a family of seniors and a one millennial. We want it back.

    I enjoying come home in the morning watching Laramie also in the evening when I wake up. I must see Texas Rangers. I love the grit channel bring it back. Charge ducks it does set a good mood

      I agree with everyone here and sent an email to Katz Broadcasting about finding another local Dayton TV channel for Grit TV. Katz owns the Grit network so I'm sure they will be negotiating with our local TV stations to bring it back. Rather it happens or not...

      Anyway I do want to say that the loss of Grit TV is not the fault of anyone at WKEF 22, but with the owners of WKEF, Sinclair Broadcasting. Sinclair has been good to us "over the air" viewers by adding lots of diginets for local sub channels and creating the Comet and Charge! networks, but replacing Grit with TBD seems to be one bone-headed idea.

      One more thing, WXIX 19 out of Cincinnati still carries Grit on sub channel 19.3 and thankfully WXIX isn't owned by Sinclair Broadcasting so it should be available there for a long time to come.

      I miss Grit tv on 22. When you live in Eaton, OH you can't get 19 at all, so as usual the change in programming really stinks. Sinclair screwed up to put it mildly. Bastards.

      Dumb move. This tbt the replaced grit is dumb as hell. Another reason not to watch 22. They need to re-evaluate who is in charge of programming decisions. TBD is getting removed from my channels, as well and ask. Replacing good channels for this crap. I can see adding more channels, but replacing good stations with this crap?? Watching storm troopers skateboarding on TBD right now. Delete.....

    Bring back GRIT TV. I'm certainly not going to watch the shows that TBD airs because they are of absolutely no interest to me. I don't play video games, exercise and the other shows leave a lot to be desired.

    Enjoyed GRIT a bunch. Have been past this TBD a few times and just makes me want to smack the person who thought this was a good idea. I always give channels a shot and theirs is over. Bring back GRIT!

    Bring GRIT TV back to Johnstown Pa. Who's the genius that thinks this is better tv. I would watch GRIT with my grandkids and kids and they loved the old shows that I grew up on. Hell, there was a video on yesterday of a guy singing how "my sweetie gets shy when she strips.." WTH kind of programming is this for our youth that are Christian and not into the whole dirty rap crap with YOUNG GIRLS dancing in suggestive pose??? Please take you're trash back to the INNER CITY youth who are into this disgusting behavior bcuz of lack of parental skills and monitoring what goes into young minds. They will have all the time in the world when they are out of the house for the sickness of the world. So, please take it back to Philly or baltimore inner city youth. Don't poison ours. Give us GRIT TV back or we are tuning out ALL SINCLAIR stations in our area. Even if it means back to the gospel radio programs.. lol Unreal that you think a majority of youth are into this crap.This is a small town that tickets you for riding skateboards on the walks and there aren't any parks here or in any surrounding towns for this crap.

    We have watched Grit TV since its arrival and really enjoy Walker and Laramie every night. We live in St. Catharines, ONtario Canada and it is (was on) every night and weekend. It still displays Walker, Texas Ranger at the top of the screen but it is no longer on. I am so disappointed in this move. Grit was a good station, leave it on please. This new charge isn't the same especially for diehard western show fans. Really stupid move. Thank you

      I suspect Sinclair put Grit back on the air because of demand but when Sinclair's contract with Grit ran out, Grit was dropped from WKEF's lineup permanently. Not sure that's the case but it seems a likely scenario.
