"The Best Indoor Antenna..."

Lots of folks want to know which is the best indoor antenna. While there's no easy answer to that question, there is an old saying that "The best indoor TV antenna is an outdoor TV antenna."  That basically means that an outdoor antenna will work better indoors than TV antennas designed specifically for the indoor use.

Of course a lot of outdoor antennas are really big and wouldn't be what one would think of as "aesthetically appealing" when set up in a living room or bedroom. Those huge monsters are more practical for the attic or outdoor use, However, there are outdoor TV antennas that wouldn't look too bad inside and will often out perform those bigger versions of outdoor antennas.

One could spend $70.00 on the Mohu Leaf 50 indoor antenna and probably pick up a lot of channels. I've never used one myself but the reviews for it are mostly favorable so maybe it does have potential and it definitely wouldn't look too bad in the house, after all it is an indoor antenna. But it's way over priced in my opinion. Now on the other hand there's a small outdoor antenna that wouldn't look too terrible inside the house and would most likely outperform the Mohu Leaf 50...and it's way cheaper.

This one is only around $20.00 + tax (price keeps changing) and available online from Walmart.com. Walmart doesn't carry it in their stores but you can order it on their website and get free shipping to your local Walmart store (If you have it shipped to home you will pay shipping). You will need coax cable (not included) and a way to mount it to something since it won't have a stand. The dimensions are listed at 20" x 13" x 2.75".
