Live Well Network going off the air

The Live Well Network will be closing down sometime in mid January. It's not yet known what may replace it (if anything) on their Cincinnati affiliate WCPO channel 9.3. According to ABC the numbers (ratings) were simply not working so the Live Well Network will be going out of business on all sub channels that currently carry it.
